Hey there! Welcome to Volume 18 of Five on Friday! This week for our One Room Challenge, we made a ton of progress on our vanity makeover, so we wanted to share 5 great vanity DIYs with you today!
Emily shared her truly special guest bathroom update, and we’re in love with every detail! She found a vintage dresser and had her contractor do a super simple retrofit to accommodate plumbing for the countertop sink. The wall-mounted faucet is pretty dang amazing as well.
Over at The Space Between, Karah built an incredible custom spa-like vanity to suit her open storage wants. We love the mix of textures here, and her clever and simple solution to blocking the plumbing from view! (And we think it’s even better than her inspiration piece)
We love, LOVE this custom vanity from Shanty 2 Chic for a boy’s bathroom! It packs a ton of style into a small area, and their straightforward plans take the intimidation factor out of building cabinetry from scratch.
Kim found an incredible vintage dresser and added beautiful traditional details with the curved sink and gorgeous hardware, and now this vanity is the focal point in a truly dramatic room makeover!
Kate did a stunning job (as usual), of reworking this builder-basic vanity. Removing the countertop and base instantly added a modern touch. The fresh paint and new white top are just LOVELY.
Here’s hoping next week, our fully-complete vanity will be joining this inspirational list!
