High-fives all around for Volume 5 of 5 on Friday! Let’s say 5 some more!
This renovation near one of Atlanta’s Piedmont Park is one you have to see to believe. A total transformation, courtesy of Dencity and Dwellings Design Build- with a lot of luxe upgrades. If you’ve got a spare million, and hopefully furnishings with a little more life, this modern stunner could be yours. (Frenchie not included.)
It’s easy to get overwhelmed with choice- and sometimes it’s incredibly challenging to visualize how different options might work together. Cassandra did a great job rendering her top lighting selections for a kitchen project. Fancy software not required- you can even print out photos of your room, and your options (to scale-or as close as possible!), and play around with them to get your best pairing.
When space is a commodity, one of the best ways to keep things from feeling cluttered is using a minimal palette. Check out these tiny abodes (all under 500 s.f.!) that maximize style in small spaces by keeping finishes simple and tonal.
One more reason for an extended trip the UK: bespoke lighting studio FactoryLux has launched a mobile “multi purpose environment”, fitted out in a van (with a rooftop terrace!) where both retail and professional customers can come by to talk shop, get advice, and participate in design events.
Pastels aren’t just for Easter- a bright, stylish, and fun space that reflects the homeowner’s travels and creative passions, infusing a clean white base with beautiful touches of mint and baby pink. Another great example of a home being a perfect reflection of its owner.
Next week’s Five of Friday will be in August, so let’s just all take a moment to freak out about how quickly the summer is flying by. Have a great weekend!
